Through the site forms we collect only what you voluntarily provide: organization name and type, requester name and title, contact details (email, mobile, city), and the asset or request description. The referring page and campaign (UTM) parameters are recorded for measurement, with no additional identifiers.

Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively to review your request, communicate about it, and route it to the relevant team. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Storage & security

Requests are stored in the site management system and a copy is sent to the approved mailbox over a secured channel. We apply least-privilege access, regular updates, and backups. We do not ask for sensitive documents through the form; when needed, we send a secure, restricted upload link.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing the address on the contact page. This policy is governed by the personal data protection regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
