A specialized reference for developing non-profit assets

We connect the organization's mission, the asset's value, and the market's capacity to operate it — with the owner keeping the final say.

About

Social Property is a development center specialized in growing non-profit real-estate assets: it uncovers dormant assets, raises their legal and technical readiness, and develops them under a social-investment model to lift both financial and social return. We act as developer and advisor — building feasibility, structuring deals, and leading delivery — while the owner always keeps the final decision.

Vision

To be the national reference for developing non-profit real-estate assets.

Mission

Uncovering dormant assets and developing them to raise financial and social return and strengthen the organization's sustainability.

Institutional relationship & separation of roles

The center is a specialized arm under Impact Venture Studio for social investment. The center develops and advises; the appraiser and contractor are independent; and the owner decides at every gate.

Our operating values

The asset is a trust

Every asset is handled as a trust — title and mission preserved.

The market decides

Decisions rest on accredited valuation and competitive tendering, not guesswork.

Partner before client

We build a long enabling relationship, not a one-off deal.

Impact is measured

Every intervention has its financial return and social impact measured and documented.

Sustainability is the goal

The aim: sustainable self-generated income that reduces dependence on donations.
